Starting a new thread for 2016.
Goals for 2016: * Train "more often than not" - this went well for 2015. I expect the beginning of 2016 will be just as busy as 2015, but it shouldn't be horrible - I don't have to travel w. students this summer and that is a HUGE weight off my mind. * Hit bodyweight on the bar x age in my squat - I think I got 35 last time I tried this and I got a headache in the middle of the set so I stopped early. *20 Chins - I can't remember the last time I did 20 pull-ups or chins. Probably more than 20 years ago... *200lbs 1-arm DL w. the 2" vertical bar
I think it's a good, very doable list. Just have to get at it.

Friday, January 1, 2016 - Flo came to Town! DLs w. Axle - worked up to 225lbs for a double, I think 1-arm DL w. 2" V-bar - worked up to 140 or 150lbs for a single, I think

*empty bar = 25lbs, I think... (at least that's how I'm figuring the weight).
