Ah well... 180 felt very strong both left and right. Probably just need more time with this. I guess both the squat and OA DL goals will have to be goals for 2017. If I can, I'll try to hit the OA DL target in early January.

A light workout that didn't feel light... Happy to get it in and even though it didn't feel strong, it felt good to get one more in before the end of the year. Time to reflect a little and get a new year started!
