Been rough. I've had some kind of sinus viral something or other and can't breathe well, hacking like crazy. Went to the doctor today and got the "take it easy, saline nasal spray" speech. I'm sticking w. doing a little exercise just to help me sleep.

Been a tough couple of weeks - sick as hell with fits of uncontrollable coughing. Last weekend was the state championships so three days of a lot of cheering and living out of a suitcase didn't help. I haven't been training at all, but I'll try to get back at it quickly now that I have a few weeks off from coaching.
Finally got some antibiotics after my second visit to the doc late last week. Still have issues, but I think I'm on the mend.
