Well, I feel okay. Training is, quite honestly, a little rushed these days. I never feel like I can just enjoy training as much as I'd like. I'm just happy to get sets in. I like the timed squats though - a lot. I need to do them more often (like 3x/week consistently) to start to feel like I'm getting in shape though.

Yes they do!!!! Coaching swimming. Going fine - I enjoy it and it brings in a little extra $. Been doing it since last fall but I'm thinking this spring or summer might be the end until my kid is out of the house - it's just too much of a time commitment if you want to do a good job.
