Starting a new log for the end of 2014 and the year 2015. Goals and training will be different for a while as long as I'm coaching swimming.
Tuesday, December 23, 2014 Swam at practice today. Probably did about 500 yards, including quite a bit of sprinting. Felt okay during, but pretty sore and achey for a few days after.

Right now, the only firm goal I have is the "more often than not" goal. I feel pretty good, but work is still kind of kicking my ass. Squatting bodyweight x age, overhead press bdwt x 3, and 20 chins/pull-ups would be pretty good and attainable goals with moderate training. We'll see!

Went roller skating w. the lad in the evening. Ended up falling about four times and banged up my right wrist/hand pretty good.
