Pretty huffy and puffy after these sets - HR is probably around 170-180. When I work up to repeat sets of 2+ minutes w. 205lbs (and 20+ reps) and it's not a huge deal, I'll probably be in pretty good shape.

Getting a cold, I guess. Should have seen it coming. Crabbiness, achey joints, crappy sleep, and lingering muscle fatigue (from last week's workouts) should have been more than enough warning signs, but usually when it gets to this I tend not to listen...
This workout was light. Not rushed, no straining. Just to keep at it and help me sleep better tonight.
