Took video of some push-ups today. I'm shaving a lot of ROM off. Like, a lot... and my head is not in a neutral position. I will work to improve this in 2018.

Had a shave, sauna, and a shower and called it a day. Gave blood yesterday and shoveled snow yesterday and today - things a little hard today.
300/364 = NOT BAD!
