worked out 34 of 74 days. "Train", for me, is loosely defined as pretty much anything remotely close to a strength training exercise. "More often than not" is the goal. Last year, I think I did something at least 200 days (I'd have to check though...) - I'll try to get something done 200+ this year as well.

Yeah.... Swim 'season' has begun again... Working most mornings before school so it should be easier than the winter season but it's not - the end of the school year is always hectic, and I suppose that's why.
