Hi Pete,
Once I kind of let myself slip out of the kettlebell world, I stopped trying to "market" things... The Squat Rx videos still are a draw and I get emails, messages about them pretty often, but I think I'm done trying to pump up numbers of subscribers, etc. It'd be nice to have people here, but forums in general haven't been much of a draw for years now.
I'm cool letting it be what it is; a place to log work, links, and an occasional deep thought or two. How about you - thoughts?

Well...no one should have to be forced to join.
I find this resource a great place to be. I, as you know, train alone, so you and Johnny are my 'virtual' training partners. And that is very important to me.
Having said that, maintaining the forum is not free, so feel free to ask for help with that.
Maybe, when you're responding to SquatRx queries mention this forum.
The demographics of the forum are definiteky 'more mature members' at the moment - maybe that could be a 'selling point'. Realistic training as a lifelong pursuit? (As compared to Sherdog for example)
I have learned a lot from both of you, and I joined with 20+ years of experience! That has to count for something!
I think, between the three of us, we attend a broad 'church'.
Will try and think harder about this.....

Huge thingy for work finished on Monday, then started coaching swimming this week. Busy as hell, but busy is good sometimes. I think I'll be able to settle back into a better training routine as soon as I acclimate to the added work hours.
Training-wise, I'm not really discouraged. I feel good when I get under the bar, but I've lost muscle and strength. Weight is really low right now, but I know that I can push that up if I want by just eating more and training regularly. We'll see.

Been crazy busy w. work, family, and coaching. The coaching isn't really a huge amount of time, but the additional 10-15hrs per week is kicking my butt a bit right now... It's fun though and since I'm not the head coach it's not particularly stressful.
