Saturday, August 23, 2014 Took CPR/AED class in morning.
SQ: bar x 10, 135lbs x 10 x 6sets
August 24, 2014 Pull-Ups/Chins: 5 x 5
Over the last 30 days, I've done exactly: 1500 push-ups, 301 pull-ups/chins, 170 windmills, 500 squats (w. 135lbs), 170 axle DLs (w. 135), 225 military presses (w. 95+), loaded carries done twice. Nothing to brag about at all, but I've decided that the rep approach keeps me in the game and feeling good. As you'd probably expect, there's a huge tendency toward just doing what you like or what comes easy. The goal will be to make sure to include more of the other stuff as well.

I wonder if some goal setting would help push you a bit now?
Nothing major, but something planned?

Well, yes, some goal setting would help if I wasn't totally swamped with work and getting re-certified for coaching - any kind of meaningful strength goals are on hold for now. I told Johnny that I'd like to do another PL meet, or even a kettlebell comp - maybe next summer or fall.
