A slide is something that has always intrigued me Boris. How much damage does it do to paved surfaces?

I use it on grass Pete - I spent about $100 and even though it's sturdy and could be pulled on pavement, it'd probably be noisy as hell and scratch the crap out of the sled. I'm sure I will eventually use it on pavement, especially if I want to really load it up, but haven't tried it yet.

Yeah, I was doing fine but October promises to be disastrous training-wise... I'll try to salvage what I can but big things on the horizon work-wise and general overload are squashing me lately. I'll try to catch up on the log, but there aren't that many session really to log...
