I actually swam 25 meters butterfly, TWICE. I was impressed that it felt as good as it did - it felt slow and plodding, but I was worried it was going to be worse.

This "do it everyday" thing is starting to get a little easier. My left bicep is a little tweaky but other than that, not bad.
