I broke a bone in my foot about 3 weeks ago and have been trying to lay off of it for a while (heavy squatting, runnin, etc...) But I messed it up again pretty bad Wednesday. My back is just always giving me problems in cycles. I do not know what is wrong with me sick wise. It is almost like I just got a flu shot and am worn down with a mild case of the flu. Just an achy body and no motivation to work out. Plus my MP3 player went dead so I called it an early day!

"Functional Rows"... haha There is this functional machine (I think its a Strive) at the gym. You can move the arms up and down and sideways and stuff. I try to come up with things for my delts, lats and lower back on it so I name it all "functional __________"

Thanks... I took a break from the internet for a while. DB Slings (my term) 1. start in a squat form with DBs in you hands 2. explode up bringing the DBs like a front raise repeat it really works your cardio and a great warmup for on off squat day
