Felt really explosive under the bar today. Definitely the most explosive I have been in a while. It carried over to the DB Press. For some reason though I meant to do the 70lbs but picked up the 65lbs. Will do 75lbs next week.

Not really sure what happened. Felt a huge twinge in my lower gut during the 185 set. Because of it, I couldnt get any leg drive. It is super sensitive right now and tight. Hoping that doesnt mean a hernia
