I think it's time to change up most of these times/loads/exercises. The only one I'll probably keep the same will the be 10:00 w. TGUs.

Friday, October 28, 2011 Long day. Started the day w. a dog walk, then work.
Did "family night" at the lad's Muay Thai class again. Did the heavy bag a lot + a relay thingy that had me doing dive rolls... I think I managed through without injury, but we'll have to wait for tomorrow to know for sho.
Later, the nightly walk w. the dog and, after that, 10:00 of TGUs w. 16kg KB.

Felt pretty good, but the glutes and hip flexors were sore the next day. For me, BSSQs are a good mobility drill.
