Thursday, October 6 - SQSQ: bar x 6, 135 x 6, 225 x 4, 315 x 3, 315 x 3 x 2sets* Ab Pulldowns: 100lbs x 10 x 3sets *=w. belt I think I'm back! At least 90% anyway... I videotaped my squats today to see how my depth was and to make sure I wasn't favoring my good leg - as expected, I was a little, but I really tried to correct it. As long as I'm conscious of it, I think it will continue to improve. My ham/glute is a little touchy right now, but not in pain

My left ham and glute are a little touchy today after yesterday's squatting. BP strength really leaves a lot to be desired and it's all just a matter of spending more time in the gym getting stronger...

SO weak! I've been hit hard w. something and I've lost about 10lbs. I'm on antibiotics and hopefully things will get better in a hurry...

Johnny came to town, so I tried some bent-presses w. the bar. It was harder than I expected it to be - I'm left-handed and they weren't too bad w. my left, but with the right hand, they were tough!

315 for a double was really hard. The sets w. 295 were better, but still hard. I always do Manta-Ray and Front SQ ass to ankles - doesn't really make it any less pathetic, does it? I feel like I'm getting stronger, but I have a long way to go before I'm back to where I was last spring...

Friday, October 28 - BP Aux. Standing DB Press: 15lbs x 10, 25lbs x 6, 40lbs x 6, 55lbs x 6, 70lbs x 6
Had time for a quick training session today after work.
My kettlebell order is delayed and I was beginning to think that going with the 72lbs kettlebell might have been a little ambitious - I feel better about it after the presses w. 70s wasn't so bad.
