My lower back felt tweaked from the beginning of the workout. I ended up not doing as much as I'd hoped tonight.

That was it. No AC in the gym (outside heat index of 110!) and I needed to get home quickly anyway.

I, for some reason, didn't think that yesterday's sumo work was enough, so I decided to do some extra work today. My hips were KILLING me! I ended up stopping the set w. 315 they were hurting so bad.

425 is definately a Sumo deadlift PR and probably pretty close to a gym lift DL PR. It was very slow and I had to really grind it from the floor, but after that it wasn't too bad.

Thanks Johnny. Just let me know what time range you're thinking. Just so you know, the machine is in the temper-tantrum-no-no-no-phase of his life. We're hoping that it will end sometime before he hits puberty cuz once he does, it'll probably get worse....

Johnny M came into town to watch the armwrestling at the fair, so we decided to work out before going. He helped me out w. the shirt.
I'm beginning to think that my RageX is just too small and if I got a size larger, I'd be able to touch something... Right now, I'm not sure I want to spend the $$, but I probably will eventually if my woes continue...
