I felt so pumped up after the 195lbsx13! I really felt strong and super explosive today and then my shoulder died again!! I am getting tired of it acting up! I may take Wednesday ME off to let it heal some or at least do only assistance work.

I had to get into the gym today. I still feel like crap but I was going to mow the yard and I figuredif I could do that, then I could get into the gym and do something. Benches were rough. I had no explosion and no desire. I dont even think I broke a sweat in there. That is rare! Hopefully I will be feeling better soon! I havent eaten since Sunday night.
