Thanks Boris.
This is my first day of heavy lifting back from trying a lightweight high rep series. I am very overweight, and trying to lose weight while increasing strength(I know sort of like an oxymoran).
Monday, Aug. 15th Chest: Flat Bench:
135lbs x 8 (2 warm up sets) 335lbs x 2 295lbs x 3 315lbs x 3 335lbs x 2 295lbs x 3 315lbs x 3 350lbs x 1(previous 1 rep max) 365lbs x 1 385lbs x 0.5(normally would have put 0, but just barely missed locking out, think I can get Next wk)
Incline Bench:
250lbs x 2 225lbs x 3 240lbs x 3 250lbs x 2 225lbs x 3 240lbs x 3
Usually do some mid to heavy dumbell flys, but skipped them this week. We should be joining another gym in the next week or, so I should be able to go back to incorporating some Declines back into my work out as well.
Tomorrow, Legs...Haven't done those heavy(Squats) in awhile, my weight has been holding me back somewhat here lately, but mostly it's the fact that the Squat Rack is broken and the cheap ba$tards at my current gym won't replace anything, lol.

Here is my Leg Day, I took it pretty light this week though.
Squats: 3 sets of 225lbs 8 reps each Leg Press: The Stack(whatever that is, old machine) 2 sets of 20 reps Calf Raises:" " Leg Extensions: 3 sets of Increasing Weight Leg Curl: " "
Still working my way back up on squats, haven't done them in awhile, i've gained alot of weight(fat), and I'm trying to go up slow on the squats(595lbs was a personal best about 4 years ago)
