Most weight feels very light especially DL.
Got lots of flexibility issues, esp with hip and shoulders. Stretching is helping but not always sure what to stretch.
Big problem with Squats as I'm trying to get into low bar from high bar and I just can't seem to get my hands or back in a position where I'm not supporting the weight of the bar on my bent wrists rather than my back. It hurt so much on the last session I had to stop after one set. I'm trying dislocates and I have bought a foam roller for my upper back to see if I can get into a proper position. Need to fix this asap as it's already stopping me progressing on squat.
Also on squat even with this low weight my knees are dropping in. I can hold them out if I concentrate on them but keep catching myself bringing my knees together on the way up. Must sort this before increasing weight also!
Videos coming soon!

Welcome Max!!
Some very experienced and helpful guys here.
The Squatrx series of videos/instructions should be mandatory reading for anyone wanting to squat.
I've linked the first, but there are over 20 and I'm sure the lads have discussed and illustrated something for your issue in the series.
Boris?
Stay healthy, Peter
