Hello!
Found this forum after looking at the squat rx videos on YouTube which I thought were brilliant.
I would love to use this forum as a way of recording my training logs. Just starting on stronglifts 5 x 5 and although I have been lifting on and off for a few years I'm starting from the start again very light with the intention of having very good form.
I can be a little prone to knee pain on squat and dl and I know my form is terrible so to be able to upload videos and get an expert opinion would be invaluable. I can only squat with weight and fall backwards when doing air squats so I know I have much mobility work to do! This is quite cheeky of me as this looks like a very private / professional board so I hope it's ok.

Hi all,
Just introducing myself along with Max, we're currently training together at a local gym doing the same strong lifts 5x5 routine.
