The one thats in your garage. Is it the one from EliteFTS?
I'm looking to get one, and the EliteFTS ones are pretty pricey...
Do you like the one you have?
Any thoughts, reccomendations, etc.?

It's from newyorkbarbells.com and I like it well enough. I bought it when I was having serious lower back and hamstring issues. I don't use it so much now, but should be. If I was a bigger guy or if it was getting a lot of heavy duty use, it probably wouldn't last all that long - it's fairly sturdy, but I don't know how long it would take a lot of abuse. But, the price was nice and it has done the job for me.

The prices there have certainly gone up! I guess the price of oil is causing just about everything to be more expensive these days.
I have the very basic model (which they don't carry anymore it seems) - they still have essentially the same thing, but w. a wider foot plate. I think I paid around $150 for the model I have - don't know if you can still get it for that price anywhere, but I think that the "Yukon" brand is the same - it gets a lot of crap from people on the net, but like I said it's done the job for me.

Yeah, I can get one made locally, fro the dude who makes he prowler I have for like 300.. and his is nice and heavy duty..
I really wanna try em out.. attempting to do them on the roman chair is an excercise in futility.. without the top plate theres no real way to lock my legs in place.
Thanks for the input Boris.
