I am having a real hard time lately, stretching enough to get my hands in and on the barbell in my squats.
Any ideas to loosen the shoulders up?
I usually do a few sets of dislocates to get ready before any warmup sets, but it is getting harder and harder.

Dislocates and doorway stretches (arms held like this = ⎣ ⎦with the forearms braced on the sides of the doorway).... a lot. Don't push them too hard, but do them many times throughout the day.
