The squat rack in my gym is placed right in front of a stupid mirror- it completely messes with my squat giving me flat feedback. Not sure what to do about it i might put a towel at the front of the rack.
Anyways finished my exams going back to working on RG and writing some articles, working with Boris etc..
Knee is coming along nicely- as you can tell i squatted with minimal pain but i still do have hyperextension problems. Made an appointment with my doctor and going to brain wash him to refer me for a scan to chek my meniscus.

Some office supply stores have giant sheets of post-it paper. I've consider bringing those into gyms once or twice.
Hope your knee starts to improve - keep us updated.
