Antanas, If you spend time here, you can plan on it pretty much being me, you, and Johnny. Johnny and I have resigned ourselves to the fact that it will never be a high-traffic forum (we've had a forum here and earlier on ezboards for at least 4+ years now). We keep links of interest and our training logs here for convenience more than anything. In any case WELCOME!

That is way beyond the point, why not have a quality few posters with experience of what they are doing than a thousand teenagers staring topics along the lines "How may isolate my biceps better", get the point This is the exact atmosphere i want on RG's forum. I believe in helping all athletes, wait no i don't, i mean all athletes who seek knowledge and can put aside their ego and because of my own selfish personal reasons. Help me, help you type of attitude. I think you have a pretty sweet set up here, i wish i stumbled across here earlier.

I saw that video the other day, I found it off of your Squatrx blog, which rocks by the way.
Jamie's story is quite motivational to say the least.. it really makes one reconsider their gratitude for being able to do the things we all take for granted.
The squatrx videos have been a huge help to me lately, I really appreciate you taking your time to put them together.
