what did you think? do you have the first edition...how did it compare?
also, have you read 'strong enough' ?

I love it. I don't have the first ed. - Johnny does though and I've borrowed it. Haven't done a side-by-side comparison, but it sure seems like there's a lot more material in the 2nd ed. More pics, more detail, more supplemental exercises. Great stuff.
That's a collection of his essays right? I will buy that soon. I love his writing and the stuff he writes for CrossFit Journal is awesome - I think there might be some overlap, but I'm sure there will be mostly new stuff.

i think ill have to get both. rippetoes awesome, i sent him an email once about some questions i had dealing with 'practical programming', and he gave me his phone number. spent like 30 minutes on the phone with me. and im noone special!
