Hello everyone,
I pretty well-known at some Bodybuilding forums. I was looking for some Powerlifting/Strength Training type forum with some good information.
I have been doing serious Bodybuilding for 5 years now and know alot of information in Diet, Training, and Supplement categories.
Right now, I am switching from Bodybuilding to Powerlifting. I am preparing for a hard season of Football and I need to increase my strength by 40%
I hope your guys can help me out making this routine and getting into the whole Powerlifting scheme.

Welcome to the board! Please check out the links and if you have any questions or comments, don't be afraid to speak up.
Are you playing HS or college football? What position do you play? How are your lifting numbers, 40 times, etc..?
You might want to start a training log - Johnny, Fred, and I will be able to give a lot more feedback/thoughts (if you want them) when we can see your training in detail. Feel free to invite your teammates here if they're interested.

Welcome Peaked. I also have the same questions as Boris. Also are you intending to train as a powerlifter for Football? Even though you want to gain strength you may not have to train like a powerlifter. Depending on your position and your physical abilities at the present you may also want to improve other athletic aspects. Mainly power.
