Feeling better, but not 100%..

Front squats - 115 x5 115 x5 115 x5
Back squat form MUCH better, I really felt better about that.. I am still super low on energy from not eating all weekend.

I was feeling better... still sorta sick today.. I kept it short last night.
My form felt so, so much better. I have really been working hard on it, and its finally paying off. I am very happy about that.

Feeling much better, still not 100%, but getting closer this evening. I didn't push the bp's or floor presses as much as I could have. I wanna get better.. still a nice workout tonight.

Barbell Row - 155 x10 155 x10 155 x10

I'm tired of fightin off being sick, off and on for a few days. uggh...

I took the girls to the river and park for a bit, then had to move my home gym room, to another room. ,moe the girls room,etc..
I barely had time to workout, so I just did some chins..
Chins - bw x7 bw x5 bw x4 bw x3 bw x3 bw x3 bw x3
going to do deads and rackpulls tomorrow.. BEFORE we go back to the river..

I didn't get a workout in today, had to work from home most of the day, then took the girls to the river and a crawfish broil..
I need a day or two off anyway.. I'd been worn out and sick all week.. finally feelin like myself again..

I was up all night with work issues, so I was REALLY tired today.. I decided to just do RP's, and see where I could get comfortably.. I could have done more, but wanted to take it easy.

I am starting to feel like myself again, still a bit tired, but much better overall. Nice workout tonight, squats felt good.
