610 - briefs and wraps - setup issue here was my feet,
710 - rev light bands - briefs and wraps - setup was easy here

incline db press - 40s 4 sets of 20
rear delt flyes - 3 sets of 12
Decent night, I washed my shirt and it was tighter, 515 to the maxi I didn't setup like I should have, the weight was easy, but the bar rolled in my palm (thumbless grip) so I had to rock my elbow under it down low, and this made me press it slower than I should have. still a good learning night.

I suck at sumo,, badly.. stickin with conventional. Good night overall, like the Leviathan, it's loose in the legs, which is good for me to learn it.

So I've been way behind in logging.. I'll probably catch up in a day or so.
highlights:
I feel prepared for meet (3weeks out)
today was last day of circa max ~560lbs band tension , 450lbs on the bar, single to ~1" high box, then hit opener, straight weight, full gear (710)
bench has been ok, some setup and hand pain issues, but opener(~515) and 2nd attempt (~540) should be fine.
deadlift suit fits nice, inzer max dl, single ply. I can get to the bar ok, and like it..although not getting a lot out of it. I'd love to hit about 620, will open with ~520ish.
bodyweight is right where I want it, about 255... might go 242s, might go 275s.. not sure just yet.
all in all, feelin ready and excited.
