The swim season ended this weekend - swimmers did very well. I've had a cold and sinus infection - it's not good now but I think, with rest, I should recover quickly. I'll have the next three weeks (one of those weeks is spring break) to get healthy and put in a little more training than I have been.

Finally went to the doc today and got a script for antibiotics. Hopefully the sinuses will be better soon because it's messing w. sleep and I'm hacking a lot...
