I'm trying to finish by June first Pete, so if the body is doing all right and I'm getting close to the end, I might be putting in some marathon sessions towards the end. Probably no more than 30-40,000lbs in a day though even if I'm feeling good.

Thanks Pete. Right now, the plan is to feel good, improve my press, and ease into the kettlebell work again. I'm taking a vacation right now, but I'll be back in the squat racks soon.

Thanks Johnny. I've been working out - even on vacation I was getting some time in. This week we found a dog... I like the dog a lot, but it's kind of like having another kid. Thank God she's housebroken!
