Yeah, I was able to bench without pain but I am still kind of weak in the shoulders. As long as I increase my intensity slowly it should be fine.

My theory on working conventional deads to help strengthen my Super Sumo style is blown. I felt pretty weak doing these for the first time in months. Funny thing is after a couple of drop sets I deadlifted the 425 conventionally and it felt easier than the sumo.

Tried quite a few different exercises that didn't hurt my knee but of course their wasn't one.
