Are you asking about lordosis (long term condition) or hyperextension during exercise? specifically hyperextension during exercise? Does this point to weak core/abs?

It could point to a lot of things, weak abs, weak/unactivated glutes, over-reliance on lumbar erectors, etc. could just be a form issue too. I don't know if any of this is helpful... is it?

Back at you Gary. I was so impressed and jealous that you had so much experience in the field. I hope the kids and staff where you're at realize what a cool deal they've got in you. If you ever make it back this way, let me know all right? Maybe we can get together to sling some kettlebells or just shoot the breeze.

I think you might like it Johnny. Then again, you might hate it. It is definately different. Anywho, it's a new toy and I like it a lot right now - certainly won't be replacing plain-jane squatting for me anytime soon, but I like it.
